1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing finarmorup.com or using our services, you fully accept and agree to our terms and conditions.

2. Offered Programs

FinArmorUp provides advanced courses in financial security, personal finance education, expert support, onboarding guidance, and tailored mentoring. Visit the "Courses" section for more information.

3. User Responsibilities

Submit accurate and up-to-date information
Comply with enrollment requirements
Adhere to scheduled course dates and participation guidelines

4. Pricing and Payment

All fees are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), inclusive of taxes. Payment is required as per the selected plan (upon registration or before course commencement). All services must be paid in full in advance.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participants may cancel enrollment at any time with at least 10 days’ notice prior to the course start date.

Partial refunds: No reimbursement for sessions already attended or initiated.
Full refund: Only available if the course has not yet started.
Process: All requests must be submitted to support@finarmorup.com

6. Limitation of Liability

FinArmorUp cannot be held liable for damages caused by third parties or improper use of provided materials. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the course.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on finarmorup.com (logos, written materials, visuals) is the exclusive property of FinArmorUp. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of disputes, jurisdiction falls under the courts of Genève, Switzerland.
